Okay I was so excited to get asked to be a part of Mike and Erins big day!! I have known Mike for years so when his now wife approached me I was ecstatic!!
Mike and I knew eachother way back when we were really athletic and sprint kayaking and always dressed in spandex so it was nice to be a part of his day and see the lovely photos of the two of them all dressed up!
I don’t think he could have picked a better match as Erin is such a gorgeous person both inside and out!
Mike and Erin got married at Carl’s catering in Brampton their hair was done at an extremely cute salon called Erin Melinda Hair studio which is located in Pickering. Photography was done by Photography by Rowen Make up done by Moi (Bride, Bridal party and Mother of the Groom; Mike didn’t let me do his unfortunately). All make up was airbrushed with my favourite brand Kett Cosmetics. If you wish to know more about airbrushing you can ask me or you can always check out Kett.
Below are a few photos of their day for you to look at.
Erin thank you so much for letting me be a part of your day, it was great to hang out with you and the girls!! I am so happy for the two of you as you clearly are a perfect match!!
It has been an extremely long time since I wrote my last blog. I have lots of catching up to do!
I am going to start with Joanna and her amazing family!! Joanna lives in Australia with the core of her family being here in the GTA.
Her and her now husband Mark got married at the gorgeous Deer Creek Golf Course in Ajax. This is a gorgeous venue if you guys have not seen it make sure to click the link and check it out!
Everyone got ready at their parents house in Port Perry and I had a blast doing the make up for them. I was honoured to finally meet Joanna as her sister has been a big part of my life for the past few years.
This English family definitely knows how to have a good time and I had many laughs while hanging out with them and Joanna was kind enough to bring me back a dairy milk vegemite chocolate bar…really it wasn’t as bad as i thought it was going to be!
The ladies were all airbrushed and their make up was fairly natural. Their hair was done by Christina LeBlanc who now owns her own salon called the Hairitage House click the link to go to her facebook page.
It has been way too long since I have posted and i am extremely far behind!! Since I have last posted I have had a gorgeous baby girl who is now over a year old!!!!
But I am back and going to try and catch up on all the work I have done!
So let’s start off with this one! I had the pleasure of doing my favourite bachelors make up…yes Chris Soules!! There are very few people i have met in this life who are as nice and humble as he is. I wish him and his family the best of luck with their family farm as well as everything else in life.
I got to hang out with Chris as he was here visiting grain farmer Daryl Haanstra and his family at Twenty View Farms, just outside of Hamilton. Darryl showed Chris around the farm and had a few interviews a long the way! It was so neat to watch them speaking about farming and spending a day on this gorgeous farm
The next day was a quick day I met Chris at the hotel did his make up and he was off to a day of interviews and I was off for a nap! He appeared on the Breakfast Television as well as the social on top of others. Please check out the video of Chris speaking about his passion of farming.
Here is his interview on BT
Below are some other links where you can watch Chris Shine as he talks about farming and his life.
I am hoping you will help me out with this. I am looking to try new airbrushing products and wondering what ones you like the best! I usually go back to KETT but I really want to try something new!!! Please let me know your input with comments below as I would like to try and get some new ones next week!
It’s been a little while since I have posted life is just getting too busy!! I am so excited and I just wanted to let everyone know that I am now selling one of my favourite products called model in a bottle! They are a company based out of the States and they have unreal products!!
The products that I am selling at this moment are:
Orignal spray – this spray is my all time favourite matte finish setting spray it works wonders!! You spray this on your face after you apply your makeup and it will not move..hey even go to sleep with it on and you will wake up with your make up on! It will hold foundation and eye make-up in place throughout the day and into the night. This product is resistance to smudging, tears, humidity and water.
Dries with a translucent matte finish, absorbs excess oil and doesn’t clogs pores. I personally use this spray on both my self and almost all of my clients; it is always a big hit!!
2nd Product I will be selling is their cute little eyelash curler! It does an amazing job and it does not look scary when you put it up to your eye like most of the other ones. It is pinch free for stubborn lashes, designed for a closer fit, travels easily
and there is a replacement pad included
3rd Product is Duo Lip Conditioner and Lipstick Sealer: this product is an amazing lip conditioner on one end and a lipstick sealer on the other end.
Use the cream formula as a base coat or lip conditioner. This fast penetrating and hydrating formula with SPF will protect lips from the harsh elements and keep them moist and soft.
Finish with the Lipstick Sealer and your favorite lipstick. 100% botanical formula transforms your lipstick into a smudge-proof, drink-proof, totally Kiss-proof, last all day Model perfect look. Prevents feathering and bleeding around the lip line
And last but not least the Lash Builder: I have yet to try this product but I can not
wait to do so I will def be trying it this week!! This is a natural Product in a gel form that you apply to the upper eyelid along your lash line twice a day and in just two – three weeks you will already start to see a difference longer, stronger and thicker lashes.
